Alyce is a local resident of Fort Myers Beach.  Alyce and her husband found their dream home in Ft. Myers Beach after searching all over the East coast of Florida, and then from Sarasota to Marco Island on the West coast.  They fell in love with the friendliness of the people, the Gulf sunsets, the abundant shells, and the enchanting wildlife at Ft. Myers Beach.

Alyce started her real estate sales practice in New York (specializing in Manhattan real estate).  After subsequently enjoying a successful career as a computer engineer for Fortune 500 companies, she returned to real estate.  Alyce's varied experiences as a successful businesswoman, a real estate professional, and an investor enhance her ability to facilitate successful transactions for those who want to purchase or sell a home.

Alyce’s approach to real estate is based on understanding what is in the hearts of the buyers and sellers. In addition to the real estate market, Alyce's passions include interior design and feng shui, which plays an important role when she works with her clients. Alyce speaks Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) fluently, and she has a working knowledge of Japanese, Korean and French. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities as well as the arts.
